The AHOY is a charity which has established a sailing & boating centre on Greenwich Reach. The centre caters for all the community – young, disabled and retired alike. It offers them all the experience, opportunities and new horizons gained through water based activities – plus the opportunity to learn to sail, race, row, build and maintain boats.




Ocean Safety

Ocean Safety are specialists in the supply and service of marine safety equipment. Over the years they have been valued supporters of the Trust supplying us with the majority of our safety equipment for both Lord Nelson and Tenacious.



Maritime and Coastguard Agency

The MCA is responsible throughout the UK for implementing the Government’s maritime safety policy. As our regulatory body, the JST work closely with the MCA to ensure our standards of safety are in line, and in many cases ,exceed regulations.

ASTO - the Association of Sea Training Organisations - is the UK's National Sail Training Organisation. It is an umbrella association that exists to support the major British offshore sail training schemes and promote the adventurous activity of sail training throughout the United Kingdom.



Sail Training Association

Sail Training International is a registered charity (not for profit organisation) with worldwide membership and activities. Our purpose is the development and education of young people of all nationalities, cultures, religions and social backgrounds through the sail training experience.



Disabled Afloat Riverboats Trust

Disabled Afloat Riverboats Trust provide boating holidays for people with physical, visual, aural or learning disabilities together with their carers, families and friends. 
                                We welcome: Unaccompanied individuals, people with a carers, family members or
                                 friends, small groups with one or more carers and carers looking for respite.
