Early call, 6 o'clock to brace the sails except for Gerry (Ship's Executive Chef) who was already taking command of his galley baking bread, whilst worrying about finding Darragh asleep on the bottom shelf of the night food fridge.
Lovely passage through the Kyles of Bute with Aran in sharp profile astern we had a very active day with much to keep the crew busy. This ranged from setting and trimming sails and everyones favourite " happy hour" where every square cm of the ship is washed and cleaned. After a few days the professional skivers come into thier own. Anyway after negotiating numerous yachts, marker buoys and even a car ferry we finally dropped anchor in Holy Loch. As it is our final night we will be retiring for Sundowners (engineers punch)on the Bridge. We have just been informed that we have to brace the yards before we have avail of this treat.

Some of us have to be cautious as we are on watch at 4am (can't wait!!!)
