We motored 13 miles down the river Suir, in the wake of the Vikings. Setting sails for the first time in the Irish Sea. Winds were unfavorable, so we motored towards Wales in the hopes of catching some favorable winds. Time was marked with smoko and dinner, after which the sails came down. Weary salty dogs gratefully retired to bed just before Cardigan bay. The porpoises continued on their merry way, The stoic Forward Starboard watch fought through the 8 till midnight shift with grace and fortitude. Uninspiring clouds sprinkled with the odd shower made for a long watch.
