All the voyage crew arrived at Milford Haven docks and had joined the ship by 18:00. Introductions were followed by briefings and a very good meal and those who wanted to go ashore for the last time for at least 7 days, did so!
A good night’s sleep was had by all and breakfast was at 0800 for all members of the crew. After breakfast we had the opportunity to go and climb up the rigging for those who wanted to go aloft. We had leaving port drills and successfully left port without damage! We then spent 40 minutes turning in circles as we had a compass adjuster onboard. Life on board is slowly shaping into a routine. We are the aft port watch and we have seen countless dolphins this watch. All the watch had a go on the wheel and on look out. Having a great time.
