Greetings from a sunny Mediterranean. We had a great time on shore leave in Malta yesterday. Some of the crew took the opportunity to go sightseeing on a trip around the south side of the island. Others went into Valetta to have a look around the town and all ended the day relaxing sampling the
local food, wine and beers. We slipped our moorings this morning and left
Grand Harbour after breakfast and now have twelve sails set and Blue Watch
made 6.4 knots this afternoon on their watch. We are presently sailing
along the south coast of Sicily and hope to arrive in Gibraltar on Friday 18th.
