Lovely to be at sea again. All the ships and boats have gone their separate ways and it was a quiet night last night. Late in the evening we were approached by a fishing vessel which needed to be reminded of our presence by a few flashes of Tenacious's lights. The fishing boat quickly changed course! The morning found us setting more sails just off the Isle of Man.
The skies cleared, the sun shone and the wind got up for a while which meant good sailing and also a few more white faces, especially after being below for happy hour! The wind dropped again after lunch and the afternoon was exceptionally quiet and peaceful on board with hardly another boat in sight as gradually the outline of the Welsh coast came into view. Simon J fished from the stern and caught 33 mackerel which we are having for a starter for dinner - can't get fresher than that!
