Of course, there’s never a quiet moment on board, so once we’d thanked everyone, we had lunch together – out on deck once again as the weather has been glorious – before more invited guests were arriving to take up the opportunity to find out for themselves what it is the JST do and see the Lord Nelson for themselves.
Our 2-6-Heavers and other friend s of the JST have really pulled out all the stops with guided tours and helping Cookie Dave in the Galley but it’s also a pleasure to hear so many positive stories and accounts from people’s own experiences of sailing with us.
A sterling effort all round and hopefully some of our new friends will be sailing with us sometime soon – who knows.
