Day 7. Sunday dawned with a beautiful sunrise and a calm sea. Straight after breakfast we hoisted Nigel up to the tops in his wheelchair ( there were a few mutterings about too much Christmas dinner!) and Pam, Sean, Mark, Di and John all did assisted climbs with Ali. Mark and Sean are now sporting matching elastoplasts on their shins! We set sail , heading towards La Gomera, in the hope of anchoring there tomorrow.
