Matt Gravelling, Events Co-ordinator at the Jubilee Sailing Trust says the following of the event, “This is a great opportunity to do something out of the ordinary with your weekend and you’ll be helping to send people of all abilities to sea. Events like this have always proved really popular, both with people who want to take part and in the community as it’s an excellent show to watch. We hope that the people of Southampton will do us proud and really get involved in this local event for a local charity.”
Anyone who wants to take part, and go back to work on Monday morning with an amazing story to tell, can sign up today by contacting matt@jst.org.uk or calling 023 8044 9108 for more information. Minimum sponsorship is just £100, which is a small price to pay for such an experience.

Any money raised on the day will go towards subsidising each place on board the charity’s two tall ships, making the sailing adventures accessible to as many people as possible thanks to sponsors LowRyders, who will be covering the other costs involved.
