Help the JST and Party in Style!
On Saturday, 16th April the Jubilee Sailing Trust (JST) will be holding its largest and most momentous party at the historic QE2 Terminal, Southampton. This is to celebrate Lord Nelson’s 25th and Tenacious' 10th birthday. The birthday party invitation is open to all; from sailors past to friends and family, prospective sailors and seafarers alike.
The JST promotes the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing. They are the only two tall ships in the world purpose-designed and built to enable people of all physical disabilities to sail side-by-side as equals.
Ticket prices are £15 and include a tasty finger buffet and two superb live bands. Throughout the evening they will also run a tombola, casino tables and be selling grand prize draw tickets. So don't be shy and join them for their fantastic celebrations, over 300 people have already bought their tickets for the evening!
The evening will run from 6.30pm to 11.30pm and the ships will be open for free during the day. The ships will be open during the day from 2pm to 7pm so everyone should have a chance to take a tour. Tenacious will also be open for tours on Sunday 17th April from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
