Landed at Waterford after a terrific voyage across the Irish sea.
Dinner for the crew at Doolans pub in the town. There was an authentic irish band playing a 'session' in the bar. What talented musicians they were too, and entertained us with a range of instruments from guitars, violins, recorders and even a mandolin. There was plenty of singing and attempts at Irish dancing from the crew, not to forget large amounts of guiness consumed. Next morning saw us returning back up river leaving Ireland behind in glorious Irish mist. We were soon hauling our sails for a ripping sail heading back to Blighty. We have spent our last day on deck, bathed in sunshine with some time this pm to relax, we are now anchored off St Mawe's in tranquil waters on anchor watch and are going to hit the pub for a last
noggin with our buddies. Signing off the FS team.
