Back at sea waiting for the wind we reflect on our visit to Faial. Here are our most memorable experiences:
"There are so many but one has to be the restaurant where we cooked swordfish, tuna and trigger fish on hot lava", Jo.
"Views at Capelinhos where new land was created from a sub-sea volcanic eruption and ash and lava surrouded the lighthouse will stay forever", Stephen.
"Sight seeing trip a most pleasent experience and sharing meal with Emma and Jo", Derek.
"A happy hour in Pete's bar or a happy hour on board? You guess!", Peter.
"Growing vines on Pico. Black lava stone walls act as greenhouses", Celia.
"Volcano lush green to black and empty", Dan.
"The extict volcano crater. It was so big it looked like another world down there I was waiting for the dinosaurs to appear", Emma.
