Sunday 6th May - Surprisingly a misty, windy morning, considering we had a clear night yesterday, at least up to midnight when we came off watch.
There was an amazing sunset and an almost full moon lighting up the sea for us. Today we set sails immediately after the morning briefings and are making 5 - 5.5 knots without the engine. The wind is not exactly in the direction we need but, provided we don't make too much Northings, we are still on track. Jersey is a little doubtful at present, but the real weather, rather than long-range weather forecasts will determine that a bit closer to the 13th. No Yoga on deck today!
