The sea was very choppy, a lot more than we were expecting, which caught several people's stomachs by surprise. We managed to get though rather wet ropes talk by the foremast, with the sea spray coming over the bow. We moved back to amidships for a less wet bracing practice. We also had a short vist by a couple of dolphins. Henrietta was the vacuum of choice in today's happy hour. During our 8-midnight watch we super braced the yard arm to help the sails catch the wind better; other wise all has been quiet Signing out forward starboard, Jos, Tim, Ian, Ali, Megan, Tash, Kieran, Pete, and Bart.
