Hello again!
Greetings from Pointe Te Pitre, Guadeloupe! The ship remains' alongside on berth 1 in the harbour of Pointe Te Pitre, and she is looking very sexy after having her port side painted and hand rails varnished. The for upper topsail and fore T'gallent have been bent on after been repaired by the crew and Tenacious is ready to set sail once again!
The new voyage crew arrived yesterday at different times during the day due to the Air France strikes and are settling in well, most of them are lathered with sun cream and enjoying the change of weather. We are awaiting the arrival of two BM's and four other members of voyage crew today which will allow us to leave this berth in the morning and hit the high sea's of the Caribbean.
The voyage crew are currently in the lower mess undergoing their essential training with Steve, the mate, and will shortly be taking to the rigging for their first climb.
All is well onboard, and EVERYONE is looking forward to some good sailing!
