After transiting the Needles Channel at Sunset the ship and her crew set about repair sails, rigging, preparing for the evenings BBQ and more importantly the 'Opera.' Each watch took part and even our captain and medical purser had a sketch. The next day we weighed anchor and motored up Southampton water to our berth in glorious sunshine. Greeted by a crowd of family and friends our crew took the opportunity to show their family round and then say goodbye to their home for the last month.
