Back to the ship update blog
11/04/12 - Tenacious
After Smoko this morning we started to hand sail, we braced (turned ) the yards 60 degrees to Starboard, handing T’gallants on the main & foremasts we also furled the outer jib. The compass reading east southeast after handing sails then turned West North West to allow the pilot to board , The ship was then under the power of the engines and heading towards 5 fathoms hole. The ship then proceeded to the Narrows Channel rounding number 16 Port Hand buoy, into South Channnel, the Elbow and Dondonald Channel until the last buoy in line with Two Rock Passage proceeding into Hamilton Harbour with Milton helming back to his country.
The ship was berthed safely alongside in Hamilton Bermuda
