Today has a double celebration as it is the first day of full sail since leaving Southampton which includes the spannker.
The pleasure of being under sail is to be seen on all the smiling faces.
The wind blowing in from the NW gave the ship head way as up to 8 knots are maintained.At one stage the spannker and royals were handed as a small but fierce squall passed by.
Later in the day Chris the mate gave an interesting talk on sail setting The evening brought fun and laughter as an inter watch quiz was played.
