"Give me a tall ship and a star to steer her by", except that last night there were no stars. So what did we do? We used all the modern technology with which the Tenacious is so generously equipped, and they seem to work well as we have not gone aground or ashore. We do have stars on the ship, and one of them, Andy, is at the helm. Captain Simon warned us that the journey to the Channel Islands could get choppy, and as we sit and write this, we found out that he was true to his word. We now have some sails up, which has smoothed out the ship`s motion, but we are still travelling under engine. We`re off to Jersey.
