Christmas Day! Catering extravaganza provided by Graham and Jane.
Fortunately we burnt off the calories in the swimming pool with most voyage crew managing at least 100 widths. Diving was not permitted but snorkelling proved very fruitful and gave us a taste of things to come in the Caribbean.
The main challenge when swimming was the rolling necessitating continual topping up of the sea water. Other pre-dinner activities ranged from mast climbing to relaxing on the bowsprit and improving the suntan. A champagne toast was made to absent friends. Boxing day brought yet another birthday and the baking of Graham's speciality, CAKE! The winds are holding and we are heading West for Guadeloupe which we should reach within 24 hrs.
