26/12/11 - Tenacious

Boxing day upon Tenacious started with a late breakfast, as its Christmas!
After breakfast we all piled onto the quayside for voyage photographs along with the Lord Nelson crew. This was a perfect opportunity to return all of the stolen items which we aquired from their bar on Christmas night! Various item's were returned such as nelson's had, pictures from the picture frames and of course their shower heads, but this was all in good spirit. Photos brought us up to just before departure time, which was about 11.20. Gangway onboard, lines slipped and our very "important" pilot on the bridge we left our berth with Nellie just behind us. We motored east toward Gomera before setting sail after lunch. With full bellies and lots of energy we set sails, full sails even the spanker! At about 20.00, all sails were handed and we began to motor towards our final destination via south coast of Tenerife.
Santa Cruz here we come!
