This morning we waved goodbye to Lesley our Bosun as she hopped ashore on her crutches, and welcomed our new Bosun Jim aboard. Soon after breakfast we cast off from the quay and started our 5 days of sailing for the Azores. James our Cooks assistant produced Lemon drizzle cake for smoko, which went down well. There are rumors abound that he has made another fridge cake. At this rate we will all have put on some extra weight when we reach the Azores.
